a huge central living room opening to the pool and mountains with a seperate TV lounge.
**** Private and Gated - No neighbors? Yes, there are neighbors but you won't know
once you're inside, it is walled and gated for privacy (no rooftops!). Sometimes we do
see the Celebrity Tours bus - it's okay to wave!
**** Cool and fun outdoor living - There are 6 lounge chairs around the pool, beautiful
black bottom pool, outdoor table for 6 and outdoor bar area with large BBQ and
seating for 6. The hot tub is located next to the pool.
Walled and gated our vacation home offers a private and secluded get-a-way. In old
California-style, our home has the perfect floor plan with two wings and three of the
four bedrooms opening to the pool and outdoor area. The generous 3,000 square foot
home is perfect for entertaining or just relaxing. From just about every room you can
enjoy spectacular mountain views.
The large living room offers a wall of windows to enjoy the outdoors and pool area,
cathedral ceilings, and a fireplace. The kitchen has granite counter tops, GE Monogram
refrigerator, ice maker and other top-of-the-line GE appliances. Bedrooms consist of
king, queen, queen and a king. Each bedroom has generous closets and their own
bathroom.
With a large 1/3 acre lot, the grounds are beautifully landscaped with mature towering
palm trees, orange, lemon and grapefruit trees, and a large grassy area -- all of which
make this home feel like a resort. After the sun goes down, uplighting on the palms
transport you to your own private resort

Palm Springs is a wonderful resort community. You can spend your days swimming in your
private black bottom pool, soaking in the hot tub, golfing at one of the many area courses,
